Course Registration Terms & Conditions

MISSION: PREPARE. TRAIN. LEAD.

1. Eligibility & Access

By registering for a Veteran Check course, you affirm that you meet the eligibility requirements for the program selected (Veteran, Employer, Veteran-Owned Business, or Special Program participant) and that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

Access to Veteran Check courses, materials, and examinations is restricted to registered members in good standing.

2. Sequential Course Enrollment Policy

Veteran Check certifications are designed to ensure meaningful learning, comprehension, and application.

Accordingly:

  • Participants may enroll in only one Level 1 course at a time.

  • Upon completion of a Level 1 course, participants will enter a 30-day examination period.

  • During the examination period, registration for additional Level 1 courses is temporarily restricted.

  • Eligibility to register for the next Level 1 course is unlocked only after a passing exam score is achieved.

This policy applies equally to veterans, employers, veteran-owned businesses, and special program participants.

3. Examination Period & Completion Requirements

Participants are granted up to 30 days from course completion to successfully pass the required examination.

Failure to complete or pass the exam within the allotted examination period may require re-enrollment, additional review, or other remedial steps as determined by Veteran Check.

Veteran Check reserves the right to update examination policies to maintain certification integrity.

4. Certification Year Structure (2026 Foundation Year)

The 2026 calendar year has been intentionally designated as a Level 1 Foundation Year.

  • Only Level 1 certifications will be awarded in 2026.

  • Level 2 and advanced certifications will become available in subsequent years.

  • Participants seeking recognition at the Veterans Day Awards Ceremony on November 11, 2026 must complete all Level 1 requirements by October 31, 2026.

5. Graduation & Recognition

Completion of Level 1 coursework and examinations does not automatically guarantee graduation recognition.

To be eligible for formal recognition at the Veterans Day Awards Ceremony, participants must:

  • Successfully complete all required Level 1 courses

  • Pass all associated examinations

  • Remain in good standing with Veteran Check

  • Meet all published deadlines and program requirements

6. Payments, Fees & Refunds

All course fees must be paid in full prior to accessing course materials or examinations.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Course registration fees are non-refundable

  • Missed sessions, failure to complete exams, or scheduling conflicts do not constitute grounds for refund

  • Membership fees and certification fees are separate from course registration fees

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully in all Veteran Check programs, forums, classes, and communications.

Veteran Check reserves the right to suspend or revoke access without refund for conduct that undermines the integrity, mission, or values of the program.

8. Program Changes & Modifications

Veteran Check reserves the right to:

  • Modify course schedules

  • Update content

  • Adjust examination requirements

  • Amend certification policies as necessary

Any changes will be communicated in good faith and applied consistently.
